With deep experience in multifamily syndications, finance, and deal structuring, Todd leads AVP’s legal strategy and ensures every transaction is executed with precision and compliance.  
He advises sponsors and investors on joint ventures, preferred returns, capital stacks, and securities regulations. Todd also serves on the board of Capital Partners CDC, a certified SBA 504 lender.
