The Project will include seven (7) waterfront restaurants and bars, developed and operated exclusively by PIII Investments LLC and Atlas Restaurant Group under a 50-year agreement. The City has officially designated the Project as an Economic Priority Project, ensuring expedited site plan approvals and special entitlements.
